Kathmandu. Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa has filed his candidacy for the post of president.
Thapa has filed his candidacy for the post of party president in the second special general convention.
Nominations have already been filed for other office-bearers.
Party President Sher Bahadur Thapa and Bishwa Prakash Sharma held talks to forge an agreement. The talks were not successful.
