Kathmandu. Communications Minister Jagadish Kharel has filed his candidacy from Lalitpur Constituency-2.
Kharel filed his candidacy on behalf of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) today. Kharel resigned from the post of minister on Monday and reached the party office today.
Immediately after reaching the party office, he went to Lalitpur to file his candidacy.
