Kathmandu. Kulman Ghising, chairman of the Ujyalo Nepal Party (UNEP), who quit the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has filed his candidacy from Kathmandu-3. He reached the Election Office today and filed his nomination for the member of the House of Representatives.
He has filed his candidacy against Raju Pandey of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP). Kulman Ghising is likely to take on Raju Pandey of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSS).
