Kathmandu. The CPN (UML) has won the election to the House of Representatives from Kaski constituency-no. Rashmi Acharya has filed her candidacy from constituency no. 2.
CPN-UML central member Prabha Koirala proposed Acharya’s candidacy while party’s Kaski district vice-chair Bhesh Raj Baral seconded it.
