Surkhet. KATHMANDU: The construction of Kohalpur-Surkhet 132 KV transmission line has reached the final phase. Work is going on with the preparation of charging by February 20.
According to Rabi Chaudhary, chief of the project, 500 meters of wire is left to be stretched. Work on the transmission line was started six years ago at an estimated cost of Rs 700 million.
The project has made 100 percent physical progress. The test will be completed within a week and electricity will be supplied in 15 days.
