According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the weather will be generally cloudy in the high hilly and mountainous areas of the country while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the country.

Light rain will occur in some places of the high hilly and mountainous region while there are chances of light rain in one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali provinces. Foggy weather will occur in some places of eastern and central Tarai towards the morning.

Similarly, there will be partly cloudy in the hilly and mountainous region including the Sudurpaschim Province tonight. The weather will be mainly fair in the rest of the country. Light rain and snowfall are likely to occur at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous region of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
