Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress (NC) is all set to include ‘Vision-10’ in its manifesto for the upcoming elections. Spokesperson of the party, Devraj Chalise, said that the manifesto would make good governance, development and practical action plan the main basis by depicting the real situation of the country.

According to Chalise, the NC’s manifesto will not be limited to aspiration and commitment, it will clearly mention the resources and means required to implement it. “The manifesto also incorporates measures for resource management,” he said.

According to Chalise, the party has been collecting suggestions from district to district in course of preparing the manifesto. According to him, the suggestions received from the local level, region and district would be integrated and linked to the national need.

“The manifesto will include the capacity of the Nepali Congress, practicality and implementable programmes,” said Chalise, adding, “This manifesto will try to touch the heart of every citizen and incorporate the sentiments of all classes, regions and communities.” ”

According to him, the NC manifesto will present a credible alternative addressing the present challenges and future direction at the same time. The party is preparing to present a clear blueprint of stability, accountability and inclusive development before the people through its manifesto.
