President Poudel urges Japanese business community to invest in agriculture, hydropower and tourism sectors

. President Ram Chandra Poudel has urged the Japanese business community to explore business opportunities in Nepal. The ambassador expressed the government’s commitment to provide every possible support to the Japanese business community for investment and trade in Nepal.

President Poudel said this while addressing an interaction program with members of business community of Japan organized in Tokyo, Japan today on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Japan.TAG_OPEN_div_30 He said Nepal wants to forge close partnership with the Japanese private sector.

He expressed the belief that Nepal’s position between the world’s two emerging economies, India and China, would provide greater benefits to the potential investors.
