Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Apollo Hydropower Limited for the initial public offering (IPO). The board has given approval to the company to publish the prospectus sheet for the IPO issuance on Tuesday.

As per the approval from the board, Apollo Hydropower will issue a total of 14,10,000 units of ordinary shares at face value of Rs 100 per unit. Through this, the company is preparing to raise a total capital of Rs 14.10 crore from the market. Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
