Kathmandu. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has inaugurated a 4-day Sun Nepal International Sales Training Training (SYST) training at Agaiya Spring Riverside Resort, Agaiya.

The training was organized with the objective of enhancing the skills, confidence and professional capacity of the agents. The chief guest of the program, Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kabi Phuyal said that the role of agents is important to make the insurance sector trustworthy, professional and technology-friendly.

Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain, Training Department Chief Bhuwan Singh Muri Magar and Rapti-Bheri Region Chief Dipendra Rawat were present on the occasion. The agents were trained on continuous learning, customer friendly service delivery and the need for modern insurance practices.

The topics include making the agent confident and efficient, increasing sales and service capacity, making the agent professional, modern and technology-friendly, developing the agent profession as a respectable and systematic profession, providing detailed information related to insurance.

Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain, Head of Training Department Bhuwan Singh Muri Magar and Rapti-Bheri Rijat Chief Dipendra Rawat will be the main trainers of the training.

According to the organizers, the training will inspire the local agents to become more effective, responsible, result-oriented in insurance services.
