Kathmandu. Supermai Hydropower Company has proposed to pay dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

A meeting of the Board of Directors held on Tuesday has proposed to distribute 20 percent bonus shares to the company from the profit of the last fiscal year.

It has also decided to provide Rs 59,27,977 as cash dividend for tax purposes. After the dividend, the company has proposed to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1.

After the proposal is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next Annual General Meeting, the shareholders will receive the dividend and the right shares will be issued.
