Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) of Suryakund Hydro Electric Company.

The company had issued the IPO from February 18. The company is issuing 5,72,431 units of shares at a price of Rs 100 each to the general public.

The company has been permitted to issue 13,79,350 units of shares worth Rs 13,79,35,000 i.e. 20% of the issued capital of Rs 68,96,74,400. The company has allotted 34,484 units to mutual fund and 13,793 units to employees.

Kumari Capital has been appointed as its issue manager. The interested bidders can apply for the IPO from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and Bank of India (SEBON)
