Kathmandu. A girl died after being hit by a vehicle of the party’s candidate for the House of Representatives election in Rautahat-2 on Monday.

Four-year-old Alfa Khatun of Ishnath Municipality-4 died when a vehicle (Ba 15 Cha 4244) carrying RSP candidate Sagir Alam hit her last afternoon.

According to locals, the girl was hit by a speeding vehicle.

The girl died while undergoing treatment at the Gaur-based Provincial Hospital, police said. The driver is absconding, police said. Police said they are searching for the driver.
