Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the exchange rate, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 144.76 and Rs 145.36.

Similarly, the selling rate of Euro 1 was set at Rs 170.70 and Rs 171.41, while the selling rate of UK pound sterling one was set at Rs 196.72 and Rs 197.54.

The selling rate of one Australian dollar 1 has been fixed at 101.01 rupees and 101.43 paise, while the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at 105.78 rupees and 106.22 paise.

Similarly, the buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.22 and selling rate was Rs 9.26, while the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 20.86 and the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 38.60 and the selling rate was Rs 39.76.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Bat 1 is Rs 4.58 and the selling rate is Rs 4.60, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 39.41 and the selling rate is Rs 39.58. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.98 and the selling rate of Danish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 22.86 and Rs 22.95.

According to NRB, the selling rate of Hong Kong Dollar 1 is 18.52 rupees and the selling rate is 18.60 rupees, the buying rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is 473.69 and the selling rate is 475.65 paise. Similarly, the selling rate of Rs 100 has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 160.15 respectively.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate set by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
