Kathmandu. There is some influence of the Westerly wind in Nepal at present. Some places of the Tarai region are experiencing fog while the weather is partly cloudy in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces, the Meteorological Forecasting Division said.

According to the Division, there will be fog in some places of the Tarai region towards the afternoon. The weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces while it will be fair in the rest of the country. Light rain will occur in some places while light snowfall is predicted in high hilly and mountainous area.

Similarly, there will be cloudy in the Tarai region tonight. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there will be partly cloudy in the high hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim province as well as in Gandaki province while it will be mainly clear in the rest of the areas.
