Kathmandu. A passenger bus was heading towards Pokali of Okhaldhunga from Kathmandu via Dhobi of Ramechhap district when it plunged into the Tamakoshi River.
So far, 11 people have been rescued from the accident site and sent to hospital. Five of the rescued are said to be in critical condition and unconscious.
According to the police, the accident took place when the bus (State 3-01-995 Kha 9975) plunged into the Tamakoshi River from Machanetar of Ramechhap. It is not yet known how many passengers were on the bus.
