Kathmandu. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against engineer Subash Bista of Godavari Municipality, Lalitpur, on the charge of corruption.

CIAA Spokesperson Suresh Neupane said that a charge sheet has been filed at the Special Court on the charge of corruption by amassing property through illegal means.

According to him, a claim has been filed against his father Sudarshan Bista for the offense as per Section 16 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 for the offence as per Section 16 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 BS.
