It states that the capital market will be effectively regulated, improved and expanded, and self-capital and long-term loans will be mobilized for investment and the interests of the share investors will be protected.

It states that the financial sector development strategy will be revised and implemented to increase citizens’ access to finance, protect savings and mobilize necessary investment for high economic growth.

The manifesto also pledges to strengthen the regulation of banks and financial institutions, mobilize loan investment towards productive sectors such as agriculture, industry, energy and other infrastructure, effective regulation of insurance service, human resource development, credibility enhancement of valuation and ease of payment claims.

Likewise, the government has decided to effectively regulate the institutions mobilizing savings including Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Citizen Investment Trust, Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund. Similarly, we will make financial services fully digital, operate digital currency, control cybercrime in the financial system and stop the tendency of not paying loans in a planned manner. It is mentioned that the problem of meter interest will be solved by providing the need for small loans through the financial system.

The capital investment needs for high economic growth will be fulfilled by arranging alternative finance including hybrid annuity, blended and venture capital, crowd funding, private equity, diaspora bonds, green bonds, climate finance, etc.

The remittances from foreign employment will be utilized in productive sectors to create investment opportunities in commercial agriculture, small and medium enterprises and share market.
