Kathmandu. Bagmati Province Vice President of Rastriya Swatantra Party Dinesh Humagain has resigned from the party.
Stating that there was extreme financial irregularities in the selection of candidates in the party, he said that he has submitted his resignation to the general secretary of the party. He has given 7 different reasons for leaving the party along with financial manipulation.
They have expressed their disagreement over the selection of candidates, non-transparency in the expansion of the central structure, violation of the statute and end of internal democracy, ignoring the voice of the province and lower level, moral questions over the leadership, structural distortions in the party and personal interests.
“Priority has been given to those who have recently come from other political parties while sidelining the cadres who are dedicated to the party,” he said. ’
He had contested the House of Representatives election from Kavre-2 in 2079 BS. He had secured 10,573 votes in Kavre-2.
