Kathmandu. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, some places in the Tarai region are experiencing fog while there is some influence of the Westerly wind in the country at present. The weather is partly cloudy in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces while the weather is clear in the rest of the areas.

On Wednesday, there will be partly cloudy in the hilly region and mainly fair in the rest of the country. Light rain and snowfall is likely to occur at some places of the hilly and mountainous region of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and at one or two places of the hilly and mountainous regions.

Similarly, there will be fog in some places of Tarai tonight. There will be cloudy weather in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces as well as in the mountainous region. The weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region and fair in the rest of the country. Light rain will occur in some places while snowfall is predicted in high hilly and mountainous region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

Similarly, there is possibility of light rain and snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
