Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the exchange rate, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 145.28 and Rs 145.88 for buying and selling of one US dollar.

Similarly, the selling rate of Euro 1 was set at Rs 170.92 and Rs 171.63, while the selling rate of UK Pound Sterling was set at Rs 195.74 and the selling rate of Swiss Franc 1 was set at Rs 187.19 and Rs 187.97.

The selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at 102.45 rupees and 102.87 paise, while the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at 106.16 rupees and the selling rate has been fixed at 106.59 rupees.

Similarly, the buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.36 and the selling rate was Rs 9.40, the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 21.03 and the selling rate was Rs 21.12, the buying rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 38.73 and the selling rate was Rs 38.89.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Ringat 1 is Rs 4.66 and selling rate is Rs 4.68, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 39.55 and the selling rate is Rs 39.72, the selling rate of Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 37.22 and the selling rate is Rs 37.38. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 16.02 and Rs 16.09 for selling and Rs 22.88 for Danish kroner 1.

According to NRB, the buying rate of Hong Kong Dollar 1 is 18.59 and the selling rate is 18.67 rupees, the buying rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is 475.63 and the selling rate is 477.59 rupees, the buying rate of Bahrain Dinar 1 is 385.31 and the selling rate is 386.90 rupees. Similarly, the selling rate of Rs 100 has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 160.15 respectively.

The central bank has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
