. MMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced that it will not distribute dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year 2081/82. A meeting of the board of directors of the microfinance company held on February 24 has decided not to distribute any dividend.

As per the decision of the Board of Directors, it has been decided to send the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
