Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited has organized ‘Meet the Champions’ program. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has organized the program to evaluate the performance of the half-yearly business review of the current fiscal year, honor the outstanding and discuss the business strategy for the remaining period.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Mr. Ratan Lal Kedia inaugurated the program by lighting a lamp on Panas. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shiva Nath Pandey, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nirajan Kandel, Chief Business Officers, Provincial Chiefs, Departmental Heads, Regional Managers, Area Managers, and excellent branch managers participated in the
program at a hotel in Pokhara, Chitwan.
Addressing the event, the company’s Chairman Rattan Lal Kedia said that setting clear goals, formulating effective strategies and disciplined execution can take the company towards the pinnacle of success. He also expressed the belief that remarkable achievements could be achieved by working with unity, harmony and commitment despite challenging economic situation and post-merger environment.
He also stressed that the strategy should not be limited to paper but should be implemented in practice, decision and result, adding that the culture of good performance and clean competition would help make the organization stronger and competitive by boosting the morale of the employees.
Speaking at the program, Chief Executive Officer Shiva Nath Pandey presented the statistics and progress report of the company. He also mentioned that the company has been able to distribute 37.808 percent dividend despite the current market not being investment friendly.
On the occasion, Regional Manager, Area Manager Section and Sub-Branch Chiefs were felicitated for their outstanding work and achievement in various categories during the half-yearly review period. During the program, the Deputy CEO said that the customer base of the company would be expanded through the available resources, means, knowledge, skills and excellent customer service. On the occasion, excellent branch managers shared their work experiences.
