Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) is scheduled to hear on the habeas corpus petition filed by medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai today.
Earlier, a single bench of Justice Shreekanta Poudel had ordered Prasai to be present before the court. In which Prasain has been asked to present the reason for his arrest.
A division bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Megh Raj Pokharel has scheduled the hearing on the case.
Uma Prasain had filed a writ of habeas corpus.
