Kathmandu. Omega Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. has received a license from the Government of Nepal to operate real estate transactions. The company said it has received the license from the Department of Land Management and Archives (under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation).

According to the license issued in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, the company will be allowed to legally carry out transactions related to the sale and purchase of real estate in the specified metropolitan cities and sub-metropolitan areas. According to the terms of the license, the company can transact more than or less than five crore rupees in a single transaction.
