Kathmandu. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Easy Asset Management Limited and Omega Capital Advisors to further strengthen real estate development and investment promotion in Nepal.

Easy Asset Management is a reputed company engaged in the development, construction, sale and marketing of residential, commercial, mixed-use and plotting housing projects in Nepal. The company has been contributing to modern urbanization through quality infrastructure development and systematic residential planning.

Similarly, Omega Capital Advisors is a company licensed by the Department of Land Management and Archives under the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Government of Nepal.

The company has been providing real estate investment advisory services, property valuation and market analysis, investor coordination and capital management assistance, legal and process consultancy, legal process and paper performance consulting.

Omega Capital Advisors has licensed Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City, Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Dharan Sub Metropolitan City, Itahari Sub Metropolitan City, Pokhara Metropolitan City, Butwal Sub Metropolitan City, Jeetpur-Simara Sub-Metropolitan City, Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City, Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City, Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City, Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, Janakpur Sub Metropolitan City, Birgunj Metropolitan City ।

Under the MoU, Omega Capital Advisors will be responsible for sales management, market expansion, investor coordination, and facilitation of the entire transaction of the projects to be developed by Saregahi Asset Management. The understanding is expected to play an important role in developing professional, transparent, credible transaction system and promotion of institutional investment in the real estate sector.
