According to him, the NHRC has decided to use helicopters as the two transit points to Limi are closed due to snowfall on the road at Nara and Nyalu Lake. Similarly, a helicopter is being arranged at the polling centre as the road leading to Chala has also been obstructed due to snowfall. The District Security Committee had pointed out that these polling stations were highly sensitive due to geographical reasons.
There are 293 voters in Sunkhani Primary School polling centre in Halji, 247 in Bhrikuti Primary School polling centre Jang, 132 in Himshikhar Primary School Til and 159 in Himalaya Primary School. Efforts have been made to open the road to take most of these voters to Limi as most of these voters are outside the district and in Taglakot of China.
