Kathmandu. The colours used in Holi have been imported worth Rs 15.61 crore. According to the data released by the Department of Customs, 251.97 metric tonnes of paints worth Rs 156.1 million were imported till mid-February.
According to the source, Rs 3,38,45,000 was collected from the import of paints. This type of paint is imported from India, China, Germany, Qatar, UAE and other countries.
