Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Badan Kumar Bhandari has been elected from Kavrepalanchowk-2 with a huge number of votes.
Bhandari received 53,344 votes. He defeated Nepali Congress candidate Madhu Prasad Acharya by a margin of around 35,000 votes.
Acharya garnered 17,868 votes while CPN-UML’s Ashok Byanju garnered 13,940 votes.
