Kathmandu. Nepali Congress candidate Sandip Rana has won the election from Palpa-1.
Sandeep secured 18,336 votes. His nearest rival Narayan Prasad Acharya of CPN (UML) got 16,519 votes.
Bimal Pant of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RSP) got 14,333 votes.
