Kathmandu. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has so far won in 104 constituencies in the ongoing elections to the House of Representatives. As per the results of 10:50 am today, the candidates of the RSP are leading in 21 constituencies.
According to the Election Commission, the Nepali Congress has won in 14 constituencies and is leading in three places. The CPN-UML is leading in three places with the victory in seven seats.
According to the Election Commission, the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) has so far won four seats while it is leading in 3 places. Similarly, one candidate of Labour and Culture Party has won and 2 are in the lead. Rastriya Prajatantra Party and independent candidates won one seat each.
Proportional
A total of 2,761,421 votes have been counted so far under the proportional representation (PR) election to the House of Representatives held on March 4. According to the Election Commission, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has bagged 1,388,421 votes, the Nepali Congress 471,355, the CPN-UML 380,932 votes and the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) 182,834.
