Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Bishwaraj Pokhrel has won the House of Representatives election from Okhaldhunga.
He defeated Nepali Congress candidate Kumar Luitel by a narrow margin.
Pokharel garnered 13,953 votes. His nearest rival was NC’s Kumar Luitel who got 13,948 votes.
UML’s Asmita Thapa got 10720 votes.
