The next government will be formed under the leadership of RSP. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has proposed Balen Shah as the next prime minister. That is why the present government is waiting for Balen’s directive to appoint the deputy governor.

The Election Commission is expected to complete the counting of all the votes under the proportional representation system by the morning of November 27. The EC will determine the number of lawmakers to be elected from the respective parties on the basis of the votes received by the parties that have crossed the threshold after the completion of the PR vote count.

The EC will write to the political parties to recommend the names of lawmakers to be elected as per the proportional representation cluster. After the parties recommend their names from the closed list, the names of the elected MPs under the proportional representation category will be confirmed and certificates will be provided.
