Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Tuesday granted permission to two hydropower companies to issue IPOs. The board has given permission to Kalanga Hydro Limited and Sanigadh Hydro Limited to issue IPOs.
Kalanga Hydro Limited has been granted permission to issue 49 lakh units of shares, which is 35% of the total issued capital. Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
Similarly, Sanigarh Hydro Limited has been allowed to issue 85.5 million units of shares, which is 30% of the total issued capital. Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
