Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an interim order to remove Kishori Sah Kamal from the blacklist.

Shah had filed a writ petition at the court against the blacklist. A single bench of Justice Sharanga Subedi issued the order in favour of Sah today. The hearing on the writ petition filed by Shah against the cancellation of his candidature has been fixed for Friday.

The Election Commission had rejected Saha’s candidacy after the beginning of the silence period. After his candidacy in the constituency was annulled, Matrika Yadav of NCP was declared elected and given a certificate.
