Kathmandu. KATHMANDU — Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has decided to sell 7.1 kg LP of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at Rs 955 per cylinder.

Issuing a press release today, the NOC said that it has decided to fill 7.1 kg LP gas in a cylinder and sell it at half price of Rs 955 per cylinder to ease the situation of gas as per the demand of the general consumers by systematizing the supply and distribution system in view of the present situation. The corporation has requested the general public to purchase LP gas accordingly.

The NOC has clarified that although the NOC has been regularly importing and distributing LP gas as per the demand, the demand for cooking gas has been high in the Kathmandu Valley since the last two÷three months.
