She said that she was under a lot of stress and resigned in the midst of that stress.
“I did not have any stress while working in the cooperative sector, I did not have any stress while working from the bottom of the committee, I do not know where it came from after becoming the chairman, I do not know which branch brought it, I have left from the official responsibility of the federation with the thinking that I do not have to sit in the leadership by facing pressure from anyone every day.
He complained that he has not received full support from internal and external level since he became the FNCCI president.
“Although I was elected unilaterally on the basis of the FNJ, I could not work as per the plan due to the pressure that I have to consult the departmental heads of the party before every meeting of the FNJ and that the decisions should be in line with the party’s interest,” she said. However, due to the support of some teammates and the positive work style of the staff, some important work has also been done.
He also complained that he was mentally stressed due to the interference from the party’s cooperative department.

He said that he had come to the US last August on the advice of his family that he would be able to stay abroad with his family for some time to reduce the stress along with the treatment. “Will anything change when you come here? But it was because of the pressure from the party leadership, the friends of the federation repeatedly pressured him to resign. If he did not resign, he would take the no-confidence motion to the general assembly and remove it. I sent a congratulatory message to the General Assembly, but due to a lot of pressure, I decided to resign. ’
