Kathmandu. The ship’s 20 crew members arrived in Thailand on Monday, with three colleagues still missing, the airline said.

Precious Shipping Public Company Limited, which owns the Thai ship Mayuri Nari, said in a statement that its senior officials welcomed the crew members at Suvarnabhumi Airport and have coordinated with the relevant authorities for their smooth return.

“At this time, our top priority is ongoing efforts to locate the three missing crew members,” the company said in a statement.

Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketko called his Iranian counterpart on Sunday to ask for Iran’s help in the search and rescue of the Thai crew members who went missing after the plane was attacked.

They also discussed the safe passage of Thai cargo ships through the Straits of Hormuz.
