The weather is partly cloudy in the hilly and Tarai areas of Koshi, Madhes, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.

According to Meteorological Forecasting Division, there will be generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous areas of Lumbini, Karnali, Sudurpaschim, Gandaki, Bagmati and Koshi provinces towards the afternoon.

Light rain or thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of the hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, at a few places of Lumbini and Gandaki provinces, and at a few places of the hilly and mountainous regions of Bagmati province and Koshi.

Similarly, tonight, there will be generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous regions of Lumbini, Karnali, Sudurpaschim, Gandaki, Bagmati and Koshi provinces.

Light rain or thunder likely to occur at some places of the hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali Province, Gandaki Province and Lumbini Province and at one or two places of the mountainous region of Bagmati Province and Koshi Province.
