Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Minister for External Affairs of India Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar has congratulated newly appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs Sishir Khanal and wished him a successful term.

Congratulating the Minister for Foreign Affairs on assumption of the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in a social media today, Minister Jaishankar said he looked forward to working closely with him to further strengthen the traditional bilateral partnership.
