Kathmandu. Kumari Bank has launched MasterCard service.

The bank said in a statement that it will start issuing Debit MasterCard for its customers from Thursday.

Mr. Ram Chandra Khanal, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank said that the bank has been providing digital transformation and customer-friendly services. He further added that global payment solutions such as Mastercard will further enhance the bank’s service efficiencies.

Mr. Anish Tamrakar, Chief Digital Banking Officer of the Bank informed about the direct benefits that MasterCard will bring to the customers. Debit Mastercard said that the use of both physical and digital means is simple and secure.

The debit Mastercard issued by the bank can be used at all the ATMs and POS that accept MasterCard in Nepal, India and Bhutan. Mastercard’s credit card service will also be launched soon.
