Kathmandu. At present, there is influence of westerly low pressure system as well as local winds in Nepal.

Most of the country is cloudy. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, rainfall is taking place at some places of Gandaki and Bagmati provinces and at a few places of the hilly and mountainous regions of the country at present.

On Wednesday, it will be generally cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the country. According to Meteorological Forecasting Division, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and at a few places of the hilly and mountainous regions.

Tonight, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, lumbini, and in the Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. According to Meteorological Forecasting Division, there are chances of light rain or snowfall at one or two places of the hilly and mountainous region of Koshi Province and Gandaki Province and at a few places of Bagmati Province÷s Division.
