. Today is the last day for Nepali migrant workers to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) of Kalanga Hydro Hydro Company.

The company has started issuing shares to the Nepalese working abroad from March 24. Applications can be submitted until office hours today.

The company has been allowed to issue 4.9 million units of shares worth Rs 490 million, which is 35% of the issued capital of Rs 1.40 billion. The company has issued 3,50,000 units of shares worth Rs 3.5 crore to the Nepalese migrant workers with work permit.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 20,000 units.

Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Nepalese who are in foreign employment can apply for the shares from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) through the banks and financial institutions that are members of the company.
