Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has said that the economy will be developed in such a way that Nepal is a country of working people.

He said this during a meeting with the office-bearers and former office-bearers of Nepal Chamber of Commerce today.

Finance Minister Wagle said that the state would provide facilities to the office-bearers of the chamber to fly and spread, recalling that this government has come with the eagerness of building the country.

He also assured that honest industrialists and businessmen would not be allowed to get a bad name due to the law. He said that those who create jobs due to the state will now not suffer and will be guaranteed.

On the occasion, Minister Wagle said that the state was ready to do whatever it takes to boost the economy of the country.

“I’ve said it time and again. Let the private sector be honest. The state will help you wholeheartedly. I take responsibility for that, but we will be ruthless when it comes to planned and sponsored mistakes and dishonesty,” he said.

He said that he understands the concerns of the private sector that Nepal will be upgraded to LDC.
