Kathmandu. Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has called the ministry to listen to the problems of the general public directly. Particularly, the people who came from the villages had expressed their grievances and problems to the Home Minister.

Most of the complainants said it was still difficult to get justice. They have drawn the attention of the government that they have to endure injustice on the basis of power and access.

On the occasion, the participants shared their past experiences of meeting Home Minister Gurung. “Many Home Ministers have been made but we have not found anyone like you who listens to the grievances of ordinary people like us,” said a common man. Thank you for listening to us.

Home Minister Gurung has expressed the commitment to take necessary initiatives by taking the complaints of the citizens seriously. “I am committed to working to ensure that the state reaches all citizens and provides justice to the perpetrators of injustice,” he said.
