Kathmandu. Police have arrested 6 persons for entering the Land Revenue Office, Bharatpur.

The District Police Office, Chitwan arrested them on Thursday. The office has issued a notice prohibiting the entry of unauthorized people.

This decision was taken after receiving complaints that some unauthorized persons entered the office and cheated the service recipients in course of providing service to them.

The office has made it clear that only the concerned people who come to avail the service and the land service operators registered in accordance with the law will be allowed to enter the office premises.

Similarly, the office has stated that the work related to the service will be forwarded only on the basis of the application submitted by the concerned person and the documents submitted by the land service operators registered in accordance with the law.

In addition, land service operators are required to carry an identity card while entering the office. The office has urged the service recipients not to rely on unauthorized people and follow the official process.
