Kathmandu. Himalayan Life Insurance Company has accepted the resignation of Chairman Shulabh Agrawal.
Agrawal had resigned from the post of chairman and director on April 19, citing personal reasons. The resignation was approved by the company’s board of directors on Friday, April 20.
