Kathmandu. The board of directors of Himalayan Reinsurance Company has been reconstituted.

According to the company, the promoter shareholders of Himalayan Reinsurance Company have made changes in the directors representing the companies.

The 82nd meeting of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday nominated some directors for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. It consists of the chairman and director. The company has nominated Uday Kumar Niraula in place of Shekhar Golchha, who was the chairman of the company.

Likewise, Dipendra Kumar Mishra has replaced Shahil Agrawal as director and Prithvi Raj Thapa as director Rohit Gupta. Uday Kumar Niraula, the chairman of the new board of directors, has started work from Wednesday.
