Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel has started addressing a joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament today.
President Poudel, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, addressed a joint meeting of both Houses of the Federal Parliament in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
