Kathmandu. A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Pradip Adhikari.

The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested Adhikari on the charge of irregularities in the construction of Nalinchowk helipad in Bhaktapur.

The Commission has also taken former Director General of CAN Murari Bhandari under control along with Adhikari.

According to sources, both of them have been taken to the Special Court to extend their custody.
